- Clock pauses only while waiting on a client-only factual answer (e.g. pricing dispute, legal claim, staff incident)
- Essential: best-effort same business day (no credit SLA)
- We never promise review volume or Maps #1

Pricing questions
Why publish prices when bigger tools hide theirs?
Owner-operated businesses deserve clarity. Enterprise SaaS can afford a sales maze. We can’t — and shouldn’t.
Can I start with Audit and move to Care?
Yes. Most clients do. The Full Audit roadmap usually makes the Care tier obvious.
How do I pay?
EFT / agreed invoice. Details on booking confirmation.
What if you miss the Audit deadline or the Care SLA?
Audit: you don’t pay if we fail the five-gaps-in-five-days hook. Care Standard/Plus: that month’s fee is credited if we miss the 4h reply SLA (rules above).
Do you lock prices for a year?
Care is month-to-month. If rates ever change, existing Care clients get notice before renewal month.
Is VAT included?
Prices as listed; VAT status confirmed on invoice.
Pick a starting height
Full Audit if you want the written truth. Care Standard if you already know the pin needs a steward. WhatsApp if you just want a human to look.
